Can I have my gift
delivered today?
Our florist fulfilled items can be
delivered on the same day during non-holiday periods, if the
order is placed before11:00am Monday through Friday in the recipient's
time zone. Our florists will design the arrangement and send it out
for delivery during normal business hours (9 a.m. - 5p.m.).

How can I receive
a confirmation of my order?
We will automatically send you an
email confirmation as long as you
have provided us with a valid email
address. We will advise you we have
received your order and that it is
pending, as well as a confirmation
of the requested delivery date once
delivery has been made.

Can I change my order
information?
If you have any concerns about changing
your order, you can contact us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week:

We can implement any changes or updates you have on your order
up to one day prior to delivery.

We do not guarantee Sunday delivery
as most of our florists are closed
on Sundays.
If you have ordered a direct ship item FedEx can not make deliveries
to a P.O. box as well as APO and FPO addresses. We restrict FedEx
deliveries to hospitals, funeral homes or products being sent to
outside the continental U.S. - Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada - and
cannot be combined with any other product.
